What should I know before using Paderyl® (codeine phosphate hemihydrate)?
Before using this drug, tell your doctor if you are allergic to any ingredients of Paderyl.
This drug is contraindicated in case of:
- Respiratory depression
- Obstructive airway disease
- Asthma
- Acute alcoholism
- Convulsive disorders
- Head injuries
- Comatose patients
- Raised intracranial pressure
- Pregnancy (prolonged use or high doses at term)
